Syrup made from strawberries, sugar and water.
Ingredients
- 450 grams of (Thawed Frozen) Strawberries
- 100 grams of Water
- 150 grams of Sugar
Instructions
- Place the strawberries and water in a sauce pan, bring it up to a boil and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add the sugar. Bring it up to a boil and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Sift this mixture, pressing down on the strawberries, to remove all the seeds and solid parts, but to keep the juice.
- Refrigerate and let it cool completely.
