Delicious no-bake Malteser cheesecake, topped with more Maltesers.

  • 400 grams of Cream Cheese*
  • 65 grams of powdered sugar
  • 250 grams of Malteser Spread

 

  • 200 grams of Whipping Cream

 

 

 

*Make sure this ingredient is at room temperature.

  • Big Mixing Bowl
  • Silicone Spatula
  • Acetate Foil
  • Plastic Wrap or Aluminium Foil
  • Cake Ring (⌀16 cm)
  • (disposable) Piping Bag(s)
  • Cake Board (⌀16 cm)

Method

Method

  1. Bake ¼th Batch of Malteser Brownies in the Cake Ring.
  2. Remove Malteser Brownie from Cake Ring and clean the cake ring. NOTE: Refrigerate Malteser Brownie until further use.
  3. Prepare your mould by lining it with acetate.
  4. Place brownie into the mould and press to seal at the sides.
  5. Cover bottom and sides of the mould in plastic wrap and keep in place with a piece of string.
  6. Whip up whipping cream and set aside.
  7. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Malteser Spread.
  8. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  9. Pour mixture onto Malteser Brownie base.
  10. Refrigerate until set, at least two hours.
  11. Pour on some milk chocolate ganache.
  12. Top with Maltesers
  13. Refrigerate for at least another two hours, until fully set.
  14. Remove from mould and remove acetate.
