Delicious & easy easter recipe for everyone to enjoy!


What you'll need

  • 30 Finely Crushed Oreos
  • 80 grams of Butter


  • 250 grams of White chocolate
  • 300 grams of Cream Cheese*
  • 250 grams of Whipping Cream (Chilled)
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • Optional: Sprinkles


  • Peeps Marshmallow Eggs
  • Optional: Black Candy Melts

*Make sure this ingredient is at room temperature


What you'll need

  • Whisk Attachment(s)
  • Electric Mixer
  • Big Mixing Bowl
  • Heat Proof Bowl
  • Silicone Spatula
  • Brownie Pan (22,5 cm × 22,5 cm × 5 cm)
  • Cling film



  1. Line brownie pan with cling film.
  2. Finely crush the oreos and melt the butter.
  3. Combine oreos and melted butter and press into the brownie pan.
  4. Refrigerate until hard, at least an hour.
  5. Optional: Dip the Peeps Marshmallow Eggs in Melted Black Candy Melts.
  6. Melt the white chocolate, in a heat proof bowl, and let it cool to room temperature.
  7. Whip up the whipping cream to a stiff peak consistency.
  8. Whip together the cream cheese and vanilla extract, then add the white chocolate and combine well.
  9. Gently fold in half the whipped cream, then the other half until well incorporated.
  10. Optional: Fold in some coloured sprinkles.
  11. Pour into the brownie pan.
  12. Optional: Sprinkle over some coloured sprinkles.
  13. Decorate further with peeps marshmallow eggs.
  14. Refrigerate, preferably overnight to make sure it's firm.
  15. Cut into squares and serve!
