Ingredients

What you'll need

Milk and Dark Chocolate Filling: (for 4 tartlets)

  • 70 grams of Dark Chocolate
  • 70 grams of Milk Chocolate
  • 100 grams of Whipping Cream
  • 25 grams of Butter

White Chocolate Filling: (for 4 tartlets)

  • 200 grams of White Chocolate
  • 100 grams of Whipping Cream
  • 40 grams of Butter

Decoration:

  • 60 grams of Chocolate

  • Big Heatproof Bowl
  • (disposable) Piping Bag(s)

Method

Method

  1. Prepare Chocolate Tartlets, using a 10cm Tartlet Pan.
  2. Let them cool completely.
  3. Add all the ingredients for the desired filling into a heatproof bowl.
  4. Heat slowly, until melted and smooth.
  5. Pipe or pour into tartlets.
  6. Refrigerate for about four hours to firm up.
  7. Optional: Melt chocolate and add chocolate stripes on top.

Makes 8 Chocolate Tartlets.
