Chewy and delicious Hazelnut Cookies.


What you'll need

  • 200 grams of Hazelnut Meal*
  • 20 grams of Sunflower Oil


  • 90 grams of Butter**
  • 100 grams of Light Brown Sugar
  • 80 grams of Caster Sugar


  • 1 Egg**
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract


  • 120 grams of Flour
  • 3 grams of Baking Soda

*Can be replaced with hazelnuts, as long as you put them in the food processor.
**Make sure these ingredients are room temperature.

  • Electric Mixer
  • Big Mixing bowl
  • Silicone Spatula
  • Plastic Wrap
  • Whisk
  • Baking Paper (or Silicone Baking Mat)
  • Baking Sheet
  • Ice Cream Scoop
  • Fork



  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Combine Hazelnut meal and sunflower oil.
  3. Mix the butter and two kinds of sugar together.
  4. Add the hazelnut mixture, egg and vanilla. Mix together well.
  5. Slowly add the flour and keep mixing.
  6. Use a small icecream scoop to make the cookies.
  7. Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  8. Optional: Use a fork to make an indent.
  9. Bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes, until they are golden brown around the edges.
  10. Let them cool on the rack.
