Chocolate Treasure Chest

Edible Treasure Chest made of Ferrero Duplo and milk chocolate, filled with chocolate coins.
Ingredients
- 4 packs of Ferrero Duplo (each with 5 inside)
- 100 grams of Milk Chocolate
- 2 bags of Chocolate Coins
Instructions
- Cut the edges off of twelve Ferrero Duplo.
- Cut six of them to a length of 7 cm.
- Melt the chocolate in a heat proof bowl on top of a saucepan with a small layer of water in it, on medium heat.
- Place in a (disposable) piping bag or use a spoon.
- Place a sheet of acetate onto a cutting board.
- Glue three Ferrero Duplo together with the melted chocolate, as shown in the video, for all of the sides.
- Glue three or four uncut Ferrero Duplo together with the melted chocolate, as shown in the video.
- Refrigerate until set, about one hour.
- Use melted chocolate to reinforce the back of all of the sides.
- Glue the sides together using the melted chocolate, supporting the sides with a small can or cup as they set.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
- Fill the bottom of the treasure chest with some melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
- Fill the bottom of the treasure chest with pieces of Ferrero Duplo and chocolate coins and add on the lid.
