Tartlets filled with a creamy chocolate filling.
Ingredients
Milk and Dark Chocolate Filling (for 4 tartlets)
- 70 grams of Dark Chocolate
- 70 grams of Milk Chocolate
- 100 grams of Whipping Cream
- 25 grams of Butter
White Chocolate Filling (for 4 tartlets)
- 200 grams of White Chocolate
- 100 grams of Whipping Cream
- 40 grams of Butter
Decoration
- 60 grams of Milk or White Chocolate
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients for the desired filling into a heat proof bowl on top of a saucepan with a small layer of water in it, on medium heat. Heat until completely melted and smooth.
- Pipe or pour into tartlets.
- Refrigerate for about four hours to firm up.
- Optional: Melt chocolate and add chocolate stripes on top.
