Looking for an alternative to a Gingerbread house? How about a Ferrero Duplo Chocolate Log Cabin? An easy treat to make and nice to look at, decorate as much or as little as you’d like.

Ingredients
- 6 packs of Ferrero Duplo (each with 5 inside)
- 100 grams of Milk Chocolate
- Optional: Edible Decorations
Instructions
- Cut ten Ferrero Duplo to a length of 7 cm for the front and back of the house, making sure both ends are flat.
- Cut out pieces to create a door, out of three of one set of five cut Ferrero Duplo.
- Cut ten Ferrero Duplo to a length of 8 cm, for the sides of the roof.
- Place three Ferrero Duplo together for both sides of the house, so two sets of three.
- Cut the middle Ferrero Duplo to create a window.
- Melt the chocolate in a heat proof bowl on top of a saucepan with a small layer of water in it, on medium heat.
- Place in a (disposable) piping bag or use a spoon.
- Place a sheet of acetate onto a cutting board.
- Glue the Ferrero Duplo together with the melted chocolate, as shown in the video, for all of the sides and the roof.
- Refrigerate until set, about one hour.
- Use melted chocolate to reinforce the roof.
- Glue the sides of the house together using melted chocolate, supporting the sides with a small can or cup as they set.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
- Add on the roof, attaching it with melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
- Optional: Decorate with edible decorations.
