Mini cakes with sprinkles, oreos and chocolate pearls.
Ingredients
- 2x ½ Batch of Sponge Cake Vanilla or Chocolate*
- 2 Batches of White or Milk Chocolate Buttercream
- A small amount of Simple Syrup
- A small amount of Sprinkles
- A small amount of Oreos
- A small amount of Chocolate Pearls
Instructions
- Cut cake layers into circles (⌀7cm).
- Brush simple syrup onto each piece of cake.
- Pipe buttercream onto three cake layers.
- Place oreo pieces on one of these three, sprinkles on another and chocolate pearls on the last.
- Add another cake layer on top and repeat previous steps, ending with the fourth cake layer on top.
- Clean up the sides of each cake and place a thin layer of buttercream on top.
- Refrigerate until fully set, for 60 minutes.
- Cover cakes in buttercream entirely.
- Decorate with oreo crumbs, sprinkles and chocolate pearls.
