Delicious Nutella cream cheese buttercream.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams of Butter*
  • 150 grams of Cream Cheese
  • 300 grams of Powdered Sugar
  • 20 grams of Cocoa Powde
  • 100 grams of Nutella
  • Optional: Food Colouring

Instructions

  1. Whip up the butter, until it is lighter in colour and has increased in volume.
  2. Add in the powdered sugar, a little at a time, mixing well in between each addition.
  3. Add the cocoa powder and mix well.
  4. Add in the cream cheese and mix until well incorporated.
  5. Mix in the Nutella.
  6. Optional: Add in food colouring and mix it through.

Notes

*Make sure this ingredient is at room temperature.

This recipe will make enough to cover about 12 cupcakes or a small cake.
