Colourful and tasty Easter sprinkle cake, with Nutella mousse, Nutella buttercream and chocolate chip sponge cake. Decorated with KitKat Bunnies and chocolate eggs covered with sprinkles.

Yummy chocolate chip sponge cake with Nutella mousse, Nutella buttercream and lots of sprinkles.
Ingredients
- 1 Batch of Sponge Cake*
- 1 Batch of Nutella Mousse
- 2 Batches of Nutella Buttercream
- ± 500 grams of Sprinkles
- 9 Chocolate Eggs with Sprinkles
- 9 KitKat Bunnies
Instructions
- Cut 3 circles (⌀14 cm) out of the Sponge Cake.
- Line cake ring (⌀14 cm) with acetate.
- Place one cake layer in the cake ring.
- Place half of the Nutella Mousse on top and spread evenly.
- Add another layer of cake.
- Repeat previous two steps, ending with a cake layer
- Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, until set.
- Attach sprinkles to KitKat Bunnies, using some melted milk chocolate.
- Remove cake from mould.
- Place cake onto cake board.
- Cover cake with Nutella Buttercream.
- Cover the entire cake in sprinkles.
- Attach KitKat Bunnies to the sides of the cake, using some more Nutella buttercream.
- Pipe some Nutella buttercream onto the top of the cake.
- Add sprinkle eggs on top.

*Add 45 grams of Milk Chocolate Chips and 75 grams of White Chocolate Chips, if you'd like.
