Ingredients
- ยฝ Batch of Carrot Cake*
- 1 Batch of Cream Cheese Buttercream
- 4 Chocolate Easter Bunnies
Instructions
- Cut the carrot cake into twelve squares, using square cake rings (7,5cm by 7,5cm).
- Line the square cake rings with acetate.
- Place a cake layer into the cake rings.
- Pipe a layer of cream cheese buttercream on top.
- Place another cake layer on top.
- Pipe another layer of cream cheese buttercream on top.
- Top with another cake layer.
- Pipe on a thin layer of cream cheese buttercream.
- Refrigerate until almost set, about 30 minutes.
- Remove the cake rings and acetate.
- Smooth out the top layer of buttercream, using a palette knife.
- Place chocolate Easter Bunnies on top.

*Baked in a rectangular cake pan (38,7 cm ร 26 cm ร 1,9 cm), for about 10 - 15 minutes.
