Easy and delicious Easter cake, chocolate chip vanilla cake covered with white chocolate buttercream and chocolate Easter eggs.

Vanilla chocolate chip cake with white chocolate buttercream and Easter eggs.
Ingredients
- 1 Batch of Vanilla Chocolate Chip Cake*
- 2 Batches of White Chocolate Buttercream
- Small Amount of Simple Syrup
- ยฑ200 grams of Easter Eggs
Instructions
- Cut cake into four circles (⌀14cm).
- Attach bottom layer to a cake board with white chocolate buttercream.
- Brush cake with simple syrup.
- Pipe or spread buttercream on top.
- Place another layer of cake on top and repeat previous two steps.
- Place another layer of cake on top and repeat steps three and four.
- Add final cake layer on top.
- Crumb coat the entire cake.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
- Cover the entire cake in buttercream.
- Add Easter eggs to decorate the cake.
