Fresh and creamy choux cake, filled with strawberries, whipped cream and pastry cream. Perfect for a 30th birthday or anniversary, but you can create any numbers you’d like.

Choux pastry filled with pastry cream, strawberries and whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 1 Batch of Choux Pastry
- 1 Batch of Pastry Cream
- 250 grams of Whipping Cream
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 20 grams of Sugar
- ยฑ500 grams of Strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Place the template onto a baking tray and cover it with a sheet of baking paper.
- Trace the template by piping choux pastry on top.*
- Remove the template from underneath the baking paper.
- Bake for 20 - 30 minutes.
- Let it cool to room temperature.
- Whip up whipping cream, with the sugar and vanilla extract, to a stiff peak.
- Cut the choux 30 in half horizontally.
- Pipe pastry cream into the bottom half of each number.
- Cut the tops off of the strawberries.
- Alternate between placing strawberries and piping whipped cream onto the bottom layers.
- Place top layer on top of the strawberries and whipped cream.
